On tap at Electric Bicycle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some harsh, husky grains and pithiness due to the Belgian yeast—which seems suboptimally fermented—along with toasted grains and straw. Flavour is a little cleaner, with floral notes, light esters, doughy malt, and a touch of spiciness. What comes across more harshly on the nose actually comes across relatively clean on the palate. Finishes fairly dry. Pleasant.
