On tap at brewery. Pours clear dark gold with white head. Aroma has rustic wood, dry grass, and esters. Flavour is pretty earthy, dry grass, sweet esters. Not terrible, but the esters kinda fuck it up.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear copper gfolden with a small white head. Aroma has toasted grains, rustic saison yeast, and too many esters. Flavour is too estery, with toasted grains, moderate esters, and a touch of fruitiness. Too estery for a saison, which is its downfall. Not terrible but just not working for me.
