This hyper-local beer was brewed for Cheers to the Land and the Oregon Agricultural Trust. It is a saisonwild ale with our native Forager yeast (grown from our beehives), local Tillamook strawberries, rhubarb from Sunshower Hill Farm nearby, and Crosby-grown Cashmere in a light dry hop. It has a touch of Mecca Grade specialty malt as well as kiss of vanilla bean.
