Imperial Belgian-style stout w/ local hazelnuts
Once upon a time, there was a man named Steele, who came to our century-old storehouse, listing to the East. Brandishing the cables and come-alongs he'd leveraged on many a warped post and weary beam—one heave-ho and hair's breadth at a time—he hoisted true the tilting grange. This profoundly deep and smooth stout is our ode: to the Barn Straightener! Enjoy!

On tap at brewery. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has spicy roasted malts. Flavour has spicy dark malts, almost rye-like. Really fantastic IS, spicy belgian yeast grants it a rye-like character.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some farmhouse notes along with plenty of roasted malt and cocoa. Flavour is rich, with lots of roasted malt, some Belgian yeast, and a dry cocoa. Quite dry and roasty, with some Belgian yeast that works cohesively. Excellent.
