On tap at brewpub. Pours murky brown with an off-white head. Aroma has toasted chestnuts and toasted malts. Flavour has gentle roasted malt and a general nutty character. Nice malty ale, not super exciting.

On tap at Block 15 Restaurant, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted chestnuts, some bready malt, and a hint of dry cocoa. Flavour is malty, with plenty of dry bready crusts, light toasted chestnut, and gentle cocoa. Nice malty beer despite the sweet potatoes not really being obvious. Solid enough.
