With the warm summer months upon us, we bring a traditional German ale for quenching the thirst. Slightly tart, crisp, and dry, with Meyer lemon and pineapple derived solely from fermentation with our house yeast and Lactobacillus. And at 3.3%, you can enjoy more than one refreshment. Served with house-made syrups upon request. Ich bin ein Biertrinker!

On tap at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with white head. Aroma has malts, straw, and lemony citrus. Flavour has lemon citrus and grainy malts; bright and tart. Very refreshing, crisp malts.

On tap at Double Mountain Woodstock, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light lacto, some wheatiness, and a touch of hay. Flavour is dry, with lots of tartness, dry wheat, and a touch of lemon. Classic Berliner style, not dominated by yogurt. Very good.
