From their farm to your glass. We visited Perrault Farms and selected three emerging experimental hop varieties. Aromas of bright orange, ripe stone fruit, pineapple, and kind herb play throughout this crisp, clean, bright IPA.

On tap at Loyal Legion. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has lemon citrus and dank notes up front, some pine underneath. Dirty dank notes dominate the flavour up front. A bit rough but still enjoyable.

On tap at Double Mountain Woodstock, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some sweaty hops, some pine, and some earthiness. Flavour has a better hop expression than the nose suggested, with soft piney hops, some earthiness, and bready malt. Reasonably balanced but not quite feeling this experimental hop expression. Good overall.
