Our American Porter pours dark brown with a tan head, and white lacing across the glass. The nose and palate evoke notes of baker's chocolate and freshly roasted coffee. The flavor finishes with a hint of fruitiness. The beer has a full mouthfeel. Each sip brings caramel-like sweetness. They finish with a balanced bitterness, to round out the beer.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours almost black with an off-white head. Aroma has lots of roasted bready malts. Flavour also has roasted bready malts with a burnt toffee finish. Not super exciting, but a solid porter.

On tap at Oakshire PDX, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out smooth dry cocoay notes and bready malt. Flavour is smooth and dry, with gentle dry cocoa and dusty toasted malt. Pretty low on the hops. Very smooth, easy to drink. Not terribly exciting but competently made.
