“Then Came the Sound” is a simple, yet elegant West Coast IPA with slight haze and white head. Notes of grapefruit, citrus and cherry intermingle with a dank herbaceous character.

On tap at Portland taproom. Pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is dank and piney; some straw. Flavour has mild dankness, pine, good woody offset. Not too bitter or oily. Solid WC IPA, really nice hop expression.

On tap at Oakshire PDX, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oily resinous hops, some pine, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Flavour has lots of woody pinecone-like hops, light oily resins, and crisp biscuity malt. Lots of pinecones, finishing only lightly bitter. Very good.
