Our Red Rebel Ale is a classic IPA brewed with both American and European hops, paying tribute to the roots, transporting you back to the true origins of the IPA – sipping your way to the 17th Century with explosions of bitter and citrus notes combined with warm caramel malty flavours – smooth, refreshing, and very moreish!

Can from Ocado. Rich malty aroma with grainy spiciness and pine. Nor red nor ruby. A murky chestnut. Frothy bubbly light beige head. Medium bitter - rye with a hint of quinine. Spice. Underlying sweet fruit and caramel. A touch of citrus moreso into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. I am enjoying this. I like a Red IPA with a mixture of hops and dark malts.

330ml bottle. Ruby colour, beige head, good retention. Aroma of malts, dark fruits, orange. Taste is hoppy, nutty, orange, flora, pepper, nice bitter finish. Body and carbonation work well here. The best Dhillon's brew I tried by by a long way.
