Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart, apple - pear, sweet apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181018]

Cask @ Nottingham Beerfestival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich sour apples, citrus, fruits and has a nice sour finish.
