Pours a lightly hazed orange amber colour with a small thick near-white head. The aroma is light cereals, hay with some fruity and floral notes. A moderately sweet grainy taste, cereal, toffee and grassy flavours with a light drying bittersweet finish.

Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Appearance - clear pale golden. Fluffy white head. Nose - malt bag, very dry muesli. General lack of fruit. Taste - better than nose. Something lemon, almost pinepple. Still a heavy dry malt/bready presence. Palate - light bodied, creamy/tangy middle. Tangy finish. Overall - so so.
