On tap at Wet Dog Cafe / Astoria Brewing, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is authentic, with notes of clove, a touch of banana and wheat. Flavour is nice and fresh, with notes of banana, clove, and wheat. Super fresh, well-constructed and highly drinkable. Would be a great summer beer. Nice stuff.

This pour was clear golden with decent creamy white head. Banana estery nose. Light sour note. Medium-bodied. Banana flavor with quite malty front. Finish has bubblegum. Suprisingly a bit tart too.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly. Stringy lacing. Medium, clean body with flavors of wheat, tropical fruit and yeast. The finish is fruity up front with a short wheaty aftertaste. Average Hefe overall.

Portland trip. Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a very hazy yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was faint citrus with a hint of banana. The flavor was strongly wheaty and yeasty with solid notes of citrus, bread and banana - nicely comples. Long finish. Fairly full bodied. Excellent.

Draft at the brewpub. Something of wheat and perhaps banana for aroma. Light amber color with a beige head. Flavor is strong banana and clove. Bdy is medium; carbonationis spritzy. Finish is rather clean, dry and banana. Very good hefe. Don’t think it’s a witbier.
