[ As Welland Rusty Giraffe ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel, candy - burnt sugar - caramelized. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits and hops. Bitter finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and toffee. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 181018

24/8/2018. Cask at the 41st Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, tropical fruit and malt. Medium bitterness with a lasting bitter finish.
