ABV: 3.5%. Clear medium yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, hay, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, dried fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear bright amber with a small bubbly just off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, toffee, fruit and veg, and butter. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.
