On cask at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - opaque brown to black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - dark creamy chocolate. Taste - more dark chocolate. This time burnt roast notes too. Thinking burnt roast dinner. Palate - medium bodied and dry and crunchy through middle and finish. Overall - Nose completely unlike the taste which is dry and just falls short of astringent.
