Cask (gravity) @ #RHBCF2018 🧙🍻🇬🇧 [ The 11th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival (The 43th. Nottingham CAMRA Beer and Cider Festival) ], The Motorpoint Arena, Bolero Square, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 1LA.
[ As Steel City Hipster Shake ].
ABV: 5.6%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, oat, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, peach - fruity, light cream - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, oat, cream - vanilla, fruity - peach. IMO: I never got to see the good in white stouts, this is like a milkshake or ice cream, did not get the tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus fruit and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. I never understood the concept of white stout. 171018
