Tried at the Cardinals hat as Working Mon’s Dark. Deep amber to mohogany colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are caramel malty and blackcurrant. Slight fruity sweet to light bitter. Medium body.

Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted - toasted, sweet malt, fruity malt, light smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light roasted - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel and dried fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight only texture, average to soft carbonation. A decent mild.
