Tried at the Cardinals hat as Working Mon’s Dark. Deep amber to mohogany colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are caramel malty and blackcurrant. Slight fruity sweet to light bitter. Medium body.

ABV: 5.0%. Cloudy medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, roasted - toasted, sweet malt, fruity malt, light smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, light roasted - toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Hazy brown with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and caramel. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 171018

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, roast malt, nuts and hops. Sweet finish.

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours dark brown with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel and dried fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight only texture, average to soft carbonation. A decent mild.
