Many thanks to Simontomlinson. Fantastic malty beginning. Easy to drink, malt, very dry with hints of hazelnuts and roast. Dry caramel, nice Ale-bitterness. Dry malty with hints of nuts in the aftertaste. Great stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of True Brit on 15 May 2020 at 21:03 - Score: 7. Original review text: Many thanks to Simon. Cask ale, half-pint at PR1 Bar in Preston, shared with Finn. Clear copper colured body, spotty lacing from a low, off-white head. Malt-fruity aromas, dry. Mixed taste of almond, apricot and leafy hops. Rounded dried fruity ending. Quite alright. (05.02.2019).
