Brewed for the 41st Newcastle Beer and Cider Festival our Farmhouse IPA is dry and fruity with a pungent hoppy hit - flavours of citrus and tropical fruits from massive doses of Summit and El Dorado hops, balanced by doughy bready malt and a tangy, earthy, peppery finish from our saison yeast strain. Unfiltered and unfined to let the hops shine.

[ As Rigg & Furrow Farmhouse IPA ].
ABV: 6.0%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, peach. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, peach, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham beerfestival. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice fruity finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Cloudy golden with a white hed. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 171018

Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours golden, nose is funk, citrus, toffee, taste is juicy citrus, resinous, sweet.

24/7/2018. Cask at the Town Mouse, Newcastle. Pours hazy golden amber with a mid sized off-white head. Aroma of hops, yeast, fruit and malt with light peppery notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation.
