[ As Urban Farm Semi-Sweet Mead ].
ABV: 10.0%. Light cloudy light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowers - nectar, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, floral, sweet honey, tart, fruity, honey, alcohol - rum, honey - nectar - flowers. Body is light to medium, texture is almost watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20181017]

Cask @ Nottingham beerfestival. No head. Color is hazy water. Aroma and taste are citrus, honey, flowers, lavender and has a sweet warming finish.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer and Cider Festival. Cloudy pale yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, honey and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish with warming alcohol. 171018
