Single hop lager, where we used the Czech hop Most as first wort hop; in whirlpool and of course as dry hops! This tropical hop is named after the city of Most in Czechia, which is the hometown of Anna. We can´t get more authentic than that!
Light, balanced hoppiness, tropical notes and a higher carbonation level ends up in a nice crispy lager.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Smell of hops, malt. Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of blackcurrant leaves, hay, tropical fruit. Lively carbon. Medium sweet. Not very pilsner-y, yet good.

Excess foam.quite hazy.lemon flavour,dry.a.bit harsh,should be smoother. Bbe:12/2025
