Cask, half pint. @The Parcel Yard, Leicester (UK). 16/02/2023 [#5.828 Global - #614 England - #1 Shipstones Beer Company (My English brewery #188)] Pours golden with a small off-white cap. Mostly lacing. Aroma: citrus, orange peel and pale malts. Taste: pale malts, mild citrusy hops and honey. Light bitter edge mouthfeel. Next one please!

[ As Hollow Stone Pale Ale ].
ABV: 4.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, grain. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, light wood - pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181021]

Tried at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2017. Golden colour with a white head. Malty and light citrus, light bitter sweet taste. Medium body. easy to drink session beer.
