On tap at the brewpub. A lightly foggy dark golden colored beer with a small off-white head. Caramel and bread in the aroma, but it's mostly pine cones, grapefruit and some tropical fruityness. It's full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and quite mellow on the palate. Quite bitter too, with some caramel sweetness in the back of the flavor. Lightly bready. Pine cones, grapefruit and a tropical touch. As the aroma, all is quite gentle and light, except for the bitterness. Medium length finish. Except for the bitterness level, it's a bit too gentle all the way, but it's a decent brew for sure. 240801

100ml draught at Trondhjem Mikrobryggeri. Filmy layer leaving dotted spots on the glass, clear amber body. Inviting citrus aromas, orange to the fore. Fresh fruity taste of orange, peaches and soft malts. Mid-dry finish with a distant bitter touch. Fine depth to it. Quite alright. (Trondheim, 01.08.2024).
