37,5 cl bottle (purple vax) @ Vilja Beerfest 2024 Aroma has licorice, some bourbon and liquor. Also alcohol. Flavour has sharp alcohol, licorice, chocolate and liquor. Good slow sipper, a bit sharp on alcohol.

Medium body, a bit oily. Some sweetness, coffee roast, rather than bourbon I'd have guessed a peaty scotch barrel. Oh smoked malts, makes sense. Finish is dry, fairly smooth. Needs more barrel and leans quite heavily to an oldschool ris, but very nice.

Smell of smoke, peat, roasted malt. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of oak, bourbon, peat, wood, smoke, rye bread, some creamy note, red wine in finish. Thick texture. Flat carbon. Sweet, medium bitter.
