Bottle@Turku Craft Beer 2024. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild herbal and dry grassy tones with mild funk. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild herbal and spicy tones with mild yeast as well as some white peppery tones.

37,5 cl bottle @ Hatanpää tasting room, BBE 16.06.2024 Aroma has sourish tones, green apples, biscuity malt. Flavour has tart-ish tones, green apples, biscuity malt. Good farmhouse-type saison.

Fat @ Kyrkbacksterassen. Humlig, torr, viss syrlighet. Mycket bär och tropiska frukter. En gnutta trä. Trots allt detta ganska slätstruken.

Smell of straw. Hazy golden colour, high white head. Aroma of sour fruit, hops, straw, yeast. Medium sour. Lively carbon.
