33 cl can @ St. Mary's Park, BBE 11.09.2022 Aroma has peppery spices and mild fruitiness. Flavour has ripe apricot, some mild peppery spices and fruitiness. Feels like an average tripel with some spices added.

Smell of sweet malt, dried fruit. Hazy amber colour, tiny white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, sweet malt, faint of honey, yeast. Very sweet. Flat carbon, slightly viscous texture. No pepper to be noted.

(Keg at Pyynikin Taproom Helsinki, 20201217) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, spiciness and malts. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, malts and bitterness. The finish was surprisingly thin but other nice clean tripel.
