Draught@SOPP HKI 2021. Deep coppery brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is sweet liquorice, malts, some roasted tones with mild coffee and a bit wooden tones. Flavour is sweet liquorice, some alcohol, mild toffee, roasted and a bit wooden tones with a wee bit of coffee as well. Smooth. Good sipper.

(Can, 0.33 l - BB 01.04.2023, as Aussie Rum Barrel Aged, from the brewery, 20220312) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized, bit fizzy and it lasted fairly long. Aroma burnt malts, vanilla, dark chocolate and wood. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, ash, wood, rum and bitterness. Aftertaste had ash, wood, rum and bitterness. A tasty burnt brew with balanced barrel notes.

Tap at Olutsatama 2021, Jyväskylä. Color is very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Licorice, coffee. some salt, some rum and roasted malts. OK.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of sugar, roasted malt. Dark brown colour, light brown head. Aroma of molasses, sugar, roasted malt, coffee in background. Very sweet, with medium bitterness. Lively carbon. Quite balanced.
