A straw-colored, fresh and fruity sour beer, which is one of the brewery's experimental brews. It is made with a sour malt extract which gives the beer a slightly acidic and easily approachable character. Yuzu and mandarin puree have been added to emphasize the bitter fruitiness and some sea salt has been added to the finish. The end result is a wonderfully fresh enjoyable beer, which is also easy to combine with quality food.

Smell of vinegar, yeast. Hazy straw colour, white head. Aroma of vinegar, some malt and a faint of hops. Brut session ipa basically. Flat carbon, dry palate.
