The Rorschach test is a controversial psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of abstract inkblots are analysed. At Salama Brewing we don't know much about debates on psychology but we love controversy. In addition, the idea of someone seeing a rabbit practicing coitus with a toaster when looking at a weirdly shaped inkblot is kind of funny too. For these reasons, we decided to brew a Rorschach test-inspired stout that is thick as ink and complex as the unconscious. While enjoying this stout, it is recommended to pour some of it to a napkin, fold the napkin, open it, and then let your imagination fly with the image that now looks back at you.

Manifestation of decadence and debauchery. A perverted mix of some of the finest ingredients ever harvested for divine creatures. An orgasmic blend of chocolate, vanilla and toasted coconut.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2019. Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some nutty tones with mild coconut and vanilla as well. Flavour is chocolate, some vanilla, alcohol sweetness with some nutty and coconut toines as well as some dried fruits and roasted tones. Actually a very nice sipper!

Medium body, sharply boozy, roasty and sweet. Malty, dark roast coffee, some chocolate. Ok.

Hmmm don’t smell shit, i think it’s fucked up.. stout has sone decent viscosity, liquorice, umami, soy sauce. Decent, hell no i’m seeing butterflies

0,44l can from the brewery, Espoo. Very dark brown beer with quite small head. Aroma has roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Flavor has same elements with quite lot of licorice, oak and vanilla. Some bitterness at the end. Very nice, so far absolutely best from the brewery.

Tap @ SOPP Tku 2019. Smell of licorice, roasted malt, some chocolate. Black colour, no head. Aroma of mudcake, chocolate, licorice, also some roasted malt and coffee. Also oak and vanilla to be noted. Super thick palate. Plentiful, short carbon. Very viscous. Very sweet, lightly bitter.

Draught @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2019. Smooth, roasty and sweetish with loads of vanilla, licorice, some hops, sticky syrup and chocolate notes. Okay

Tap @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2019. Poured pretty much black in color. Dense head. Roasted malts, coffee and liquirice in aroma. Combine that with some chocolate mousse, more roastedness and sweetness in flavor. Long sweet finish.
