Proto #21 tuo laseihin yhdistelmän eksoottisia hedelmiä ja Malmgårdin peltojen viljaa. Tämä hedelmillä maustettu IPA rakentuu oman mallas-seoksemme ja emmer-perinneviljan muodostamalle tukevalle pohjalle. Trooppisen hedelmäinen aromimaailma on luotu yhdistelemällä mango- ja passiohedelmien mehua sekä Mosaic- ja Ekuanot-humalalajikkeiden aromikkuutta. Kevyesti kuivattava katkerohumalointi tasapainottaa jälkimakua miellyttävästi.

Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some ripe fruits, hops and malts. Pretty tasty!...but musty.

Tap @ SOPP Tku 2019. Aroma of hops, raw berries, long berry finish. Bitter, also lightly sour. Lively carbon. Boring.

Keg @ Kitty's, Helsinki. Poured orange deep color with a thin white head. Watery with some peachy notes. Wheat and floral notes. Bland. Is this in ok condition?

SOPP Turku 2019. An orange beer, a head is small and blond. Nice fruitness, mango, citrus, some green leaves. Taste has fruitness, not fresh enough, some harsh notes. Medium bodied. This proto is not good enough to normal production.
