Can at Juova, Helsinki. Color is dark orange with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Some grain, wheat, some ripe fruits, some banana, juniper.... nothing special.

(A foil bag, 1.4 l - batch 5 - BB 5.7.2020, from the brewery, 20200703) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, sweetness, banana and juniper. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, juniper and light bitterness. Aftertaste had sweetness, juniper and light bitterness. A pleasant and balanced sahti.

Bottle from Mallassepät brewery shop. Smell of yeast, banana, juniper, some herbs. Muddy grey/brown colour, no head. Aroma of juniper, yeast, some banana and sourdough. Sweet, slightly bitter. Could benefit from more juniper. Very viscous texture. No carbon. Decent sahti, but could have a bit more edge.
