Tap at Cap Hop. Pours bright gold with a white head. Aroma is pale malt with a hint of noble spice/grass. Near med body. Flavor is that nice “German malt” - lightly roasty, nothing harsh. Mild spice for hop. Reasonably dry. Lightly bitter. One of the better tasting Marzen I can recall. Like it. And I usually don’t enjoy the style.

(Tap) clear, bright yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of sourness, burnt rubber; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Pour is a nearly clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is more typical o-fest with some toasted bread. Flavor is again a toasted bread malt which has a dry finish. Nothing out of the ordinary here and nothing above par. Decent at best but not great.
