Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at Cap Hop. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head whose edges made me think salt. ROFL. Aroma of lime and, I’m thinking, a touch of salt - more than a gose IMHO. Med body at least. Flavor is lime and salt - actually a bit sweet - and it’s so slightly sour I could be imagining it. Think it’s going to make a great food wash!
