Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and tropical fruit flavor with light earth. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and tropical fruit linger with light earth and light pine.

Bomber from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours coppery gold with a large foamy/frothy off-white head. Aroma shows slightly roasty malt first, then there's citrus pine. Almost an APA aroma. Med body. Flavor matches the aroma. Blind taste I might call it APA - but it's very much old school IPA. Dry despite the malt. Hoppy and bitter. Even a hop bite/burn. Good stuff. Blast from yesteryear.

Draught at Harry's Hofbrau. This is a pure classic. Solid citrus and pine aroma. Clear light copper with off-white head that retains well and patterns nicely down the glass. Holds a collar and dusting over the top. Taste is clean with overt orange and moderate bitterness. A relic of what the great west coast IPAs of the late aughts once were!!
