Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours light, translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma is slightly earthy with some herb/veg suggesting bay leaf. Med body. Flavor is lightly tart, seems to have a citrus aspect, and bay leaf is apparent. Quite dry. The tartness and bay substitute for bitterness. Mild pale malt presence. I think it would go well with many Italian foods.
