Brewed for restaurant Sohwi, Jyväskylä as celebration of its 50th anniversary. Flavoured with spruce sprouts. Hops: Cascade and Simcoe.

Bottle from Pien Espoo. Mild smell of hops. Muddy red/brown colour, very high beige head. Aroma of hops, grass. Bitter. Lively carbon. Dry palate.

A dark reddish brown beer, a head is yellowish beige and almost medium beige. Aroma has caramel and wood, also some pine and citrus. Taste has caramel and wood, the bitterness is mild. Medium bodied. Typical for this style.
