Bottle in the hotel in Goa. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head . Aroma is earthy wheat, damp grains, light spicy citrus. Flavour is composed of spicy ginger, wheat, bready grains, chalky grains. Drinking like a chalky ginger beer. Palate is crisp, grainy, chalky, highish carbonation OK.

Smell of grain. Lemon colour, white head. Aroma of coriander, herbs, some soap, earth. Mostly sweet. Lively carbon, light body.
