Golden colour and medium-sized white head. Sweetish malty, slightly metallic nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty with harsh hoppyness. Industrial pale lager, positive: it's malty. Random shop in Istanbul.

15/3/2026. Can bought at Özbaylar Market, Antalya Old Town. Enjoyed back in the BnB’s garden. Decent pour. Aroma is malty, caramel, grassy, grainy, hints of coffee and honey. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness, slightly metallic. Moderate body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Cut above majority of the Turkish commercial brews I’ve tried.

Can While has efes positively surprised me on latest ocasions, this is not the case. Like it's not truly bad, but it's miles away from at least barely enjoyable. Nevertheless I've finished the can, as I have nothing else left. 2 stars
