We’ve doubled the hops, but not the malty body ;-) So are you ready for the next level of bitterness? Insane amounts of finest hops (Herkules, Ekuanot, Centennial, Sabro) lead to enormous citrusy waves of hop aroma kickin’ your palate. The hoppy oils cover your throat and each sip adds the next layer of bitterness. Push your bitter limit with this brutal brew!

Tap at Wiener Bier Festival. Med-full body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, medium sweetness. What ruins this beer is moderate butyric acid. Hops-centered otherwise, cutrusy, resiny, classic. But the vomit taints it. Average.

-Tap at Wiener Beerfest. Golden color with white head. Clear hoppy aroma with oranges, tropical fruits, zest, pines. Taste is hop centered with oranges, grapefruit, zest, light pines. Very good beer.
