What you have here is a serious India Pale Ale shacking up and hunkering down with mango and apricots. At the same time! Romantic Chemistry is brewed with an intermingling of mangos, apricots and ginger, and then dry-hopped with three varieties of hops to deliver a tropical fruit aroma and a hop-forward finish.

Bottle. Cloudy amberish-gold in color. Medium sized head. Aroma is very fruity with hints of citrus and mangos. Taste is also very fruity with citrus and peach flavors. The fruitiness overcomes the dry hop bitterness.

355ml bottle. Crystal clear amber colour with average, thick, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney, hoppy aroma, woody and resinous notes of spruce, pine, coniferes in general, caramel malty background, cautious citrusy fruity overtones, orange, mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, fruity, and citrusy fruity and piney hoppy, hoppy notes of lemon, orange, interludes of apricot and mango; slightly spicy and minimally soapy finish with a ginger touch. Oily texture, smooth, soft and sliky palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duraion. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, hops, little spices, citrus and malt. Nice fruity finish.
