A Borefts 2017 special. Spinach and watermint for their tones in taste and color. After brewing we discovered that the 'green' in the beer needed a a wake up turn around to stay in the beer poured out of the bottle. That's why the bottles bear a small extra label: 'Turn 3 times to work green magic'

Borefts 2017 day 2. Golden with no head left. Seaweed, algae and spinache. This raises the question Why? Moderate sweet and bitter, medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Borefts 2017. Clear golden with green hue and small fizzy white head. Lots of sweet malts, mint, spicy yeast, lemon zest, dough, sugary grains. Don't get much spinach which is probably a good thing. Over medium sweet with some yeasty bitterness. Over medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation.

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: funky, very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, sweet touch. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots and lots of mint, pretty dirty, funky, unpleasant, bit sweet. Aftertaste: pretty dirty, unpleasant herbal notes. Wow, DM is really pushing the limit with their weird brews this year...
