A Borefts 2017 special. Spinach and watermint for their tones in taste and color. After brewing we discovered that the 'green' in the beer needed a a wake up turn around to stay in the beer poured out of the bottle. That's why the bottles bear a small extra label: 'Turn 3 times to work green magic'

Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of aniseed, herbs and light fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, fruity and slightly herbal-spicy aroma of mint, lemongrass and pineapple. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, herbal-spicy and moderately fruity taste of lots of mint, lemon balm, fresh grass and some pineapple, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, rather dry and herbal-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Weird but nice!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 2. Clear golden color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly malts, sweetish yeasty, a bit blossomy and weird but drinkable. Decent body and carbonation.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 1. hazy golden, creamy white. Nose is extreme soap, weird awful soap, cleaning product. Taste is all soap, cleaning product, green mint to the maximum in the finish. Perfume body & soap. I do feel like these strange De Molen ideas could work with better execution or construction than this.

Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal, spicy, minty, dough, estery, apples, zezty is actually correct here. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel. Not for me. edited
