Can from Systembolaget. Fun to see something so close to Kent coming here. Deep, boozy, almost Belgian nose. Thick black. Mature boozy, almost Russian ending. Undeniably good for the style.

Solo cup showing black with half a finger of latte colored foam. The nose shows intense notes of mushroom, moss floor, cacao, and dark chocolate. The palate is lightly carbonated and thick with a heavy mouthfeel. Strong baker’s chocolate throughout with a dark chocolate bitterness.

Bottle, 0.66l. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, licorice and chocolate. Pours almost black color with thin quickly diminishing brown head and nice lacing. Taste starts with sweet and rich roasted malt, coffee and chocolate, follows dried fruity, alcoholic, woody and earthy, mouthfeel is warm and mild spicy, while finish is light bitter. Bottle at home. Opaque black color, medium sized dark brown colored head. Aroma is malts, roasty. Flavor is malts, roasted malts, malt bitter, a light sort of sweetness, liquorice a bit. Thick texture, medium to full body, suitable average to decent carbonation. Solid. 7-4-7-4-15

0.65l bottle. Pitch black body with a light brown head. Pours like oil. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, cream, bourbon, nutmeg and cocoa. Taste of coffee, chocolate, caramel, raisins, bourbon, a hint of smoke and floral hops. Thick and creamy. Stunning beer.
