Diversamente da quel che ci si possa aspettare la birra non risulta dolcissima, presentandosi piuttosto equilibrata al palato grazie ad un giusto mix dolceamaro. La fragranza del fico secco, percepibile a livello olfattivo, risulta infine farla da padrone man mano che la birra si scalda.

Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy ambery orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is vegetables, honey figs and mild earth. Flavour is figs, honey, some sweet malts along with mild vegetables and some yeasty elements. Messed up.

[ As Diecinove Miele & Fichi ].Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, apple, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, honey, flowers, pale malt, sweet malt, tart apple - tart fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180706] 5-3-5-3-10

Bottle 330ml in pbf xii. Hazy amber-orange colour, small off-white head. Vegetables, honey in the nose. Light-bodied. Veggies, honey, grass in the flavour. A bit messy.

33cl bottle @ PBF XII. Poured deep golden color with a thin white head. Apples in aroma, following some sourness and wood. Wood, honey and sweetness in flavor.

Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy bronze colour, brief head. Aroma of chestnut and mirabelles. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with white currant, red apples and mirabelles, notes of apricot. Low bitterness.

Il gusto al naso riconosce miele e fichi. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello è di schiuma compatta, cremosa e aderente. La grandezza delle bollicine è fine. La carbonazione è media. L'aspetto del liquido è velato. Il perlage è costituito da bollicine fini. La carbonazione è media, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è setoso e lungo. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano sensazioni di miele, cereali, frutta secca, abete rosso, agrumi, marron glacé, caldo e alcol da fico secco.
