Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is white pepper, some floral, yeasty and mild herbal tones. Flavour is herbal, some yeast, mild fruity and resiny tones with earth.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Clear golden. Fruity esters, spiciness, yeast, a bit soapy, sweetish, bitter finish, medium-bodied.

[ As Brewlander Pride (Saison) ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, saison yeast, bubble gum, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, wheat, fruity yeast, saison yeast, phenol, light spicy - peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled at PBF XII. Clear golden, small head. Grainy nose with marzipan and marmelade. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lychee and elderflowers, some bread. Low bitterness.

33cl bottle @ PBF XII. Poured unclear golden color with a thin white head. Peppery spicy aroma, some citrusy, zesty notes. Saisony, peppery flavor with zesty notes.

Bottle at Mikkeller Singapore. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is dry malt, yeast, moldy cheese. The flavour is dry bitter with a crisp fresh watery, yeasty light spice, hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with a bubbly mouthfeel. A simple Saison.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Hazy straw yellow pour - slightly dull. Aroma is yeasty straw and almost herbal lemon peel. Taste is initially dry and bitter lemon peel then coriander spice and sweet malt to balance. Solid straightforward saison.
