Bottled (thanks to Pite Bryggeri!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sea buckthorn, some tart wooden tones and mild spiciness. Flavour is sea buckthorn, some sour wood and mild acidity too. A bit much sea buckthorn to it (Though I like the berry as such).

[ As Pite Unique Havtorn Saison ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, buckthorn tart, saison yeast, light citrus - apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, apple - citrus - buckthorn, buckthorn, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle 330ml in pbf xii. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Yeastyness, fruity, messy aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet bun, grain, havtorn, berries. Yeastyness. A bit messy.

Bottled at PBF XII. Clear golden, small coarse head. Intense aroma of sea buckthorn. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Cidery with notes of pears and marzipan. Lots of sea buckthorn. Low bitterness.

33cl bottle @ PBF XII. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Tart berries in aroma, seabuckthorn noticeable. Tart berries, sourness and seabuckthorn. Interesting but one dimensional.
