Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 07/03/24. Deep mahogany brown with a good sized beige head that thins to a swirl and edging. Nose is stewed fruits, grains, herb, biscuit, dull toffee notes. Taste comprises brown bread, herb, straw, grains, toffee, stewed fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter edge. Passable for the style and not terrible for a macro.

24/2/2024. Bottle from Marek. Pours clear dark chestnut brown with a big foamy off-white to beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, nut, hints of herb and spice, and chalky sulphur notes. Fairly sweet malted milk chocolate taste with mild bitterness and some dried fruits. Moderate body, quite smooth, average to soft carbonation. One of the better Belarus beers I’ve tried.

Bottled@PBF XII. Amber colour, small head. Arom a is grains, sugary, some mild toast as well as some rubbery tones. Flavour is sweet, some toasted tones and mild chewy tones.

Barwa miedziana, klarowne, piana pobrudzonej bieli, niezbyt obfita, niezbyt długo się trzyma. W aromacie karmel, ciemne pieczywo, mokra szmata. W smaku słodowe, karmelowe, lekki diacetyl, ciemne pieczywo, ziemiste. Goryczka niska, wysycenie średnie, ciało średnie. Wadliwe i nie do końca prawdziwy dunkel.

[ As Alivaria Karol Jan Dunkel ].Clear medium brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt. caramel, burnt caramel, caramelized malt, mesk - mash. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, burnt caramel, caramelized malt, caramel. mesk. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180706] 4-3-4-3-7

Tu piana jest srednia ale opada szybko. Smakowo palone slody, rozpuszczone kukulki w wodzie, karmel i cynamonowe ciasteczka. Barwa czerwona, przezroczyste. Na szczescie nie bylo tu az takiej tragedii jak w cukrowym Blonde.

Bottle 500ml in pbf xii. Dark amber colour, small off-white head. Cardboard and caramel in the nose. Light-bodied. Caramel, cardboard and some grass. Low bitterness. Industrial.

50cl bottle @ PBF XII. Poured amber deep color with almost no head. Caramelly toasty malty aroma. Sweet toasty, caramelly flavor. Light overall. Vague aroma.

Bottled at PBF XII. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Fruity nose with some manure. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and lightly caramelly. Low bitterness.
