Hatalmas, tartós hab, félbarna szín. Fűszeres, virágos, enyhén ananászos illat. Fűszeres, gyümölcsös, citrushéjas ízek. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Finom, jól összerakott sör.

From Amstein, St-Légier. After a full day with the children, this one was welcomed, on the balcony, old style ipa, best before 04/24, well balanced, malty and bitter at the same, citrus, touch of pineapple, tropical, a bit resinous, subtle, 03.09.24, relax, at Epalinges.

0,568l can from FRESH Plus Spišská Nová Ves. Head is huge, tan, long lasting. Colour is deep gold, hazy. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste is medium malty base, light orange, grapefruit, pine touch, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, bit herbal hoppy, commercial IPA as we know it, ok, drinkable.

0,568 (1pint can) The can is nice, with a foil label, but that's not the point. Filled with a perfect amber color, with a huge, eternal head... Just smell it: for me this is the standard: hidden ale yeastiness, next to it a malty base (you feel a serious body) peachy, fruity, concentrated IPA aroma. Full-bodied. Not a little. Serious beer, you can feel that it is 6% and full of malt and hops. I would rather call it an imperial IPA. But - fortunately - the alcohol is not that strong... You can barely feel it. Peachy, caramel, harpy, bitter, but a real fruity complex basic IPA. For me, this is perfect! Delicious, and highly recommended real, REAL ale beer!!!! I don't understand its rating. It used to be worse, I think they have been making it based on a completely different recipe in the last two years...

A doboz szép, ffóliás zárócímkével, de ez nem is lényeg. Kitöltve tökéletes borostyán szín, hatalmas, örökké tartó habbal... Elég bele szagolni: nálam ez az etalon: elbúltatva ale-élesztősség, mellette malátás alapon (komoly testet érzel) barackos, gyümölcsös, tömény IPA illat. Testes. Nem kicsit. Komoly sör, érezni, hogy 6% és tele van malátával és komlóval is. Inkább imperial IPA-nak nevezném. De ahhoz-szerencsére -nem anyira erős az alkohol... Azt ugyanis alig érezni. Barackos, karamelles, harpnivaló, keserű is, de igazi gyümölcsös komplex alap IPA. Számomra ez tökéletes! Finom, és nagyon ajánlott igazi, IGAZI ale sör!!!! Nem értem az értékelését. Régebben rosszabb volt, gondolom teljesen más recept alapján készítik az utóbbi két évben.. A jelenlegi pontszáma egész biztos, hogy indokolatlanul alacson... ez azt mutatja számomra, hogy régebben ez egy "másik" sör volt, máshogy készült. Jelnleg az biztos, hogy nagyon komoly főzet....

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, lime, melone, spezie e mora.

Color ámbar bajo una exuberante corona de espuma blanco hueso, densa y de excelente retención. Aroma francamente agradable, cítricos, hierba, miel, madera, resina... En boca es herbal, moderadamente amarga, fondo maltoso, notas de pino y madera...Bastante mejor de lo que yo esperaba, he leido reseñas antiguas de esta cerveza y no concuerdan para nada esas bajas puntuaciones con lo que yo estoy probando, ¿habran cambiado la receta????.. no se, lo que tengo claro es que esta que tengo aquí delante es una cerveza bastante decente y me gusta.

Can, 0.568l. Aroma is floral, citrusy, mild stone fruity and grainy with faint melon note. Pours clear amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild to medium sweet caramelly, citrusy and dried fruity, following is herbal, slightly medicinal and bready, mouthfeel is smooth with rather dry and pretty bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Quite drinkable…
