[ As Mallaskuun Top Hat Ale ].Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, caramel, sweet malt, cardboard, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, light nutty, light metalic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled at PBF XII. Clear amber, mid sized head. Bready nose with some grass. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bready with some hay. Mid bitter finish. A bit sweet and clean.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and some slight caramel notes. Flavour is toffee, some grassy, mild herbal and nutty notes.

Draught @SOPP Helsinki 2016. Golden colour, very high white head. Smell is very mild, mostly hops. Aroma of hops, paper, grass, straw. Flat carbon. Mid-heavy body, dry palate. Paperiness ruins the balance.

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Deep golden color, medium-sized off-white head. Sweetish, berryish malty aroma. Light-bodied. Pale malty, a bit sweet flavor. Decent hoppyness in the finish. Ok.
